When you checkout you will be given an estimated delivery date which is normally 4 working days for UK customers. We always try our best to meet delivery dates however they are only estimates. We will contact you if there is any delay. For the Highlands and Islands please allow an additional 48 hours and for Europe and Rest of the World please allow additional 4 working days.

Yes we can deliver your order on either a Saturday or Sunday. Please contact our Customer Services Team at [email protected] or call 01653 698870. A surcharge does apply to this delivery option.
For the majority of UK orders we use Interlink Express. This is a guaranteed next day delivery service. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, with a delivery time slot.
Yes you will. As soon as your order has been booked in with Interlink you will receive an email or SMS notification of when your parcel will arrive with a tracking link. On the morning of your delivery you will receive another alert - this will advise you what time your parcel will arrive. You can also click on the 'follow my parcel' tab, this lets you track your order as it is on its way!
