Returns, made quick and easy.

1. Simply email [email protected] or call us on 01653 698870, with your order number and your reason for the return within 3 days of receipt.
2. Please place your order back in its original packaging. Please address the package to The Framed Picture Company, Unit 3, Norton Priory, Scarborough Road, Norton, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 8AB. Please place your name on the package as the 'sender'.
3. As soon as we have been notified on your intention to return your order, we will arrange for a courier, to collect the package from the delivery address, at a convenient time for you. We will confirm collection arrangements together with a courier collection reference by email.
4. When your returned Item(s) has been received, we'll replace or refund your order, as required.
5. We process all refunds within 5 days, of having received your returned order.
