Our main couriers are DPD Local and FedEx. Where possible, we ship orders using a guaranteed next day delivery service, after the manufacturing is completed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, with a delivery time slot.
You can find a list of all our shipping costs in the table.
We automatically send you e-mail updates on the status of your order. This occurs when your order is received and when it is shipped. In the shipping confirmation, you will find the parcel number and a tracking link to follow your delivery.
When you checkout you will be given an estimated delivery date which is normally 4 – 6 working days. We always endeavour to meet delivery dates however these are only estimated delivery dates. We will contact you if there is any delay.

Yes, we can deliver your order on either a Saturday or Sunday. Please contact our customer services team at [email protected] or call 01653 698870. A surcharge does apply to this delivery option.

We take great pride in the manufacture of our products and we want to make sure they are not damaged in transit. All orders are robustly packaged in a protective foam within cardboard casing to ensure they arrive safely with you, in the same perfect condition they left our workshop.
Yes. As soon as your order is booked in with our courier, you will receive an email or text message detailing when your parcel will arrive. You will receive another alert on the morning of your delivery advising you of an arrival time.

In the very rare event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer services team on 01653 698870 or email [email protected]. We will happily give you a full refund or provide a replacement.

Yes. Our packages are too big and too valuable to be left on doorsteps or squeezed through letterboxes. We use trusted couriers to deliver your order, but if you suspect yours has been damaged for any reason, you can indicate that goods were signed for in a damaged condition.

If you would like to change the delivery address, we are able to do this, prior to shipping, but not after. Please email our customer services team at [email protected] and they will be happy to amend your order accordingly.

Yes. You can indicate your wish to collect your order when you check out. When your order has been made and packaged, we will contact you by email to let you know.
