We understand that you want to get the best quality prints possible from your photographs. If we are in any doubt about the resolution or quality of an image file uploaded, then we will contact you, prior to printing it, either by telephone or email.
Generally, we recommend that you use an image file which is 1MB or larger. Bigger image files provide a greater depth of information and will produce a higher quality print, so always upload the biggest file available. If you are in any doubt about a specific image file and would like our advice, please email our customer services team [email protected] and they will be happy to help.
When you checkout you will be given an estimated delivery date which is normally 4 – 6 working days. We always endeavour to meet delivery dates however these are only estimated delivery dates. We will contact you if there is any delay.
No. You can place an order directly from our website by checking out as a guest. You simply need to fill in your billing and shipping details to complete the order, but these details will not be stored.
We take great pride in the manufacture of our products and we want to make sure they aren’t damaged in transport. All orders are robustly packaged in a protective foam within cardboard casing to ensure they arrive safely with you, in the same perfect condition they left our workshop.
If you would like to change the delivery address, we are able to do this, prior to shipping, but not after. Please email our customer services team at [email protected] and they will be happy to amend your order accordingly.
Absolutely. Just call our customer services team on 01653 698870 or email [email protected] with your existing order reference and the items you’d like to add. Our team will then give you a new delivery date for the entire shipment. Unfortunately, if your first order has already been dispatched, an additional delivery charge will be made.
