Your uploaded photos will be saved in your account for 90 days, but you can delete these at any time. Photos that are used to create an order are saved for 36 months.

No. You can place an order directly from our website by checking out as a guest. You simply need to fill in your billing and shipping details to complete the order, but these details will not be stored.

Our team will then give you a new delivery date for the entire shipment. Unfortunately, if your first order has already been dispatched, an additional delivery charge will be made.

The ‘photo size’ is not the same as the ‘frame size’. The ‘photo size’ is the size of the print, whereas the ‘frame size’ includes the photo print, the mount, and the frame. Full details can be seen by pressing the ‘Show Product Breakdown’ button during the ordering process, and also on the Order Summary page.
You can upload JPEG, TIFF, PNG and HEIC files.
Your file can use either RGB or CMYK.
You can upload files with 8-bit or 16-bit colour.

We understand that you want to get the best quality prints possible from your photographs. If we are in any doubt about the resolution or quality of an image file uploaded, then we will contact you, prior to printing it, either by telephone or email.
Generally, we recommend that you use an image file which is 1MB or larger. Bigger image files provide a greater depth of information and will produce a higher quality print, so always upload the biggest file available. If you are in any doubt about a specific image file and would like our advice, please email our customer services team [email protected] and they will be happy to help.

We can do basic photo editing prior to printing. If you require any further editing work, this may be possible so please just contact us with your requirements. Depending on the work, this might incur additional costs.
