- Simply email [email protected] or call us on 01653 698870, with your order number and your reason for the return within 3 days of receipt.
- As soon as we hear from you, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your order.
- When your returned Item(s) has been received, we’ll replace or refund your order.
- We process all refunds within 10 days.
- Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase may be required e.g. valid order number.
- The refund does not include delivery charges.
- Our normal site terms and conditions also apply.

- Your item(s) must be in original condition and repacked in the original packaging.
- Please keep proof of postage for any return item(s). We can’t consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
